The Lanvin Happy bag is one of my most consistent favorites every season. The simple flap design and the quilted leather is reminiscent of the classic Chanel flap bag, but Lanvin’s version adds the feminine grosgrain ribbon on the chain strap and they come in happy, bright colors. The Lanvin happy bag is roomy enough for every day use, but with a flat streamlined shape it’s not bulky and wouldn’t overwhelm your look.

This is a great bag anytime during the Spring and Summer months, but you could also pull it out during the transition months as the warm weather is beginning and ending. There’s only one thing I love more than a Lanvin mini Pop, and that’s a python mini Pop. OK, so it’s not real python, it’s embossed leather, but it still has a light flakey feel like real exotic. Lanvin handbags are the ultimate ‘girlie’ accessory, always having some kind of ribbon or charm details. This mini Pop has both, a dusty pink ribbon intertwined with the chain strap and a signature gold coin charm. I’m also loving the color of this Pop, the burnt orange with a gold finish is practically the essence of Summer, and perfect for the season.

I absolutely loved this Lanvin handbag when it came out a few months ago, and now it has been marked down. It is from the Lanvin Spring and Summer 2010 collection and was a runway bag. The happy design is one of their more popular, being a classic flap shoulder bag.

This is one of the prettiest Lanvin handbags I have seen in awhile. It’s rose colored quilted silk with tonal stitching, but the real beauty is in the rose colored tulle covered chain strap. It’s that, with the lilac satin bow that give this bag it’s feminine chic appeal. It has a fold-over with double copper toned snap closure that matches the copper toned chain strap and black signature lining. As you can see in the pic’s below, it’s a quite roomy bag, good for day to night. This bag measures : Width 35cm-14"/ Height 18cm-7"/Depth 12cm-5"  and the shoulder strap is approx. 77cm-30"
