While I haven't always been a huge fan of Kate Spade handbags (they're just not my style), I really like this fringed tote. It is the 'Yuma - Ida' shopper bag. I love the bold colors to add a splash of color to your look, but even the brown one would be a stylish everyday bag. It's four tiers of fringed leather and has protective metal feet. This bag is pretty structured, so it will stand up when you put it down, rather than folding over. Kate's bags are good quality and rather inexpensive, a good thing in today's climate. I really like the clean, sophisticated look of this Fendi handbag. It's their Maxi satchel, and I'm cringing at everything about the name. First of all, Maxi? What does that remind you of? Second, a satchel reminds me of a burlap sack, certainly not a beautiful designer handbag. OK, the name aside, this is a beautiful purse. I love the color combination, but while it's a grey and black, the grey has a pretty violet hue, and gold hardware warms up the overall look. For Fendi, this is a fairly large bag, and would work for an everyday bag, but with the dressier chain straps it's also a great bag for evening. Available at Saks, $1,530.

I know, I showed you a Laura B lattice and horn bag last week, but this one is a darker color and may even be more fabulous if that's possible. This Laura B. designer, which I had never heard of previously, is genius. Currently her bags are available in a few select boutiques in America, but you can order it online. I'm not usually a huge fan of Jimmy Choo handbags. Don't get me wrong, I like them, but I'm not obsessed with them like I am with certain LV's, Marc Jacobs, Chanels, etc.... However this bag is very whimsical and fun, but also beautiful. This design with the bangle and detachable strap is great, because it versatile and convenient. I don't know about you, but I like to have a fabulous bag for all occassions. That includes overnight bags, gym bags, make up cases, etc....
